Hello! My name is Deanna Albert. I am a very proud mother of two adult children and one very adorable grandson. In the summer, you can find me on the lake on my pontoon, enjoying my flower garden and spending time with my family. During school, I truly enjoy attending extracurricular events at my high school. I am an educational consultant and have been consulting since 2011. I hold a B.S. in Education K-8 and a M.A. in Administration and Supervision K-12. My experiences have varied from classroom teacher, intervention specialist, instructional coach, administration and educational consultant. Over 23 years, I have worked with students, teachers, administration and parents on Montana’s Indian Reservations and educators and administration across Montana. I look forward to partnering with your school district and educators to improve outcomes for all kids! Experience and Expertise: I am currently the Assistant Principal in a Montana high school. With staff shortages across the state, I have had to retain some of the instructional coaching duties as well. My experiences have been from first grade through high school. I've had the opportunity to work with schools in their improvement process in the area of reading. I have extensive experience in guiding teachers on how to use data from assessments to inform their instruction and develop intervention structures to support struggling readers. I enjoy working with teachers and administrators in understanding and implementing best practices of instruction. Professional development is a key component in the school improvement process. I can provide PD in the 5 areas of reading, classroom management, assessment, and program implementation.
