Celeste Rivera is an educator with a master's degree in educational leadership, an administrator/principal licensure, and teaching endorsements in Special Education and Elementary Education K-6th grade. With over 15 years of experience, she has served in various educational roles including a special education teacher, literacy interventionist, literacy coach, and instructional coach. Celeste began her journey in education as a paraprofessional, where her love for teaching students led her to pursue education from a leadership lens. Celeste values data driven decision-making, collaboration, and strives to build innovative leaders around her to improve educational experiences for all students. Celeste's ability to maintain and implement systems has allowed her to work cohesively with various types of teams, including building and district-level administrators, instructional coaches, teachers, and support staff. Celeste's ability to develop and support teachers' instruction has propelled many in best practices. When Celeste is not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and cooking all her favorite meals!
