It is critical that leaders set up teams to focus on improving teaching and learning. Teams need to understand the research of what effective teams do and set measurable goals for improving student outcomes.  Teams need to work together to create a plan and monitor that plan throughout the year. During the year it is imperative that teams also improve the way they work together including building trust and taking time for celebrations.
