Heidi Doel, M. Ed., is an experienced educator with 35 years of classroom instruction under her belt. Throughout her career, she has dedicated her time and expertise to mentoring new teachers and providing professional development to grade levels and teams of teachers. Heidi's passion lies in identifying and leveraging teachers' strengths to assist them in reaching their instructional goals. She firmly believes in the power of collaboration and enjoys working with teams to identify student needs and implement strategies that improve the learning experience for all students. Outside of her professional life, Heidi enjoys pursuing her hobbies and spending quality time with her loved ones. She has a particular fondness for traveling to tropical locations with her husband, where they can relax and explore new destinations. Additionally, Heidi takes great pleasure in attending her grandchildren's sports events and activities, supporting them in their endeavors. Above all, she cherishes the moments spent with her amazing children, savoring the joys of family life.
