Justine Alberts, a PK-12 certified administrator and a current Doctoral candidate in the Educational Leadership program at the University of Montana. With nearly two decades of experience in education, she has been a classroom teacher, an instructional coach, a building principal and now a professor at Carroll College. Justine has worked with various educational stakeholders to improve educational practices for student success through research and professional development. Justine's love for learning, passion for teaching, and dedication to a community-based educational approach have led her to her current role. She is a natural leader and has served on several district, state, and national leadership committees. Justine is committed to helping develop, revise, and sustain educational systems that support students and educators in achieving success. When she's not at work, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
