Kaci Hauptman is an educator with a master's degree in mathematics, but a thirst for more knowledge surrounding student success in literacy. Within her 9 years of education, she has experience teaching 1st through 6th grades. She is passionate about putting students first, collaborating with fellow educators, and looking at the progression across grade levels in order to ensure the success of all students. Although her teaching (and thus her students) have greatly benefitted from working with instructional coaches as a classroom teacher, she is new to the instructional coach role herself. When she is not obsessing over educational research, best practices, and student achievement, she is busy being a mom and making music with her husband in their band, Banditti. She is really looking forward to the collaboration and learning opportunities from the amazing educational leaders at Strive!
