Kayla Ryan is a National Board Certified educator with a masters in curriculum and instruction. She is endorsed in elementary education with a focus on reading instruction. In her 12 years of education, Kayla has spent most of her time working closely with intermediate students and teachers. While she has a degree in literacy, she spent most of her classroom years as a math and science instructor, which has become an area of passion. She is currently in her 4th year as an instructional coach in Helena, MT. Kayla believes strongly in the benefits of collaborating with all staff in order to help students achieve success. Outside of school hours, Kayla can be found coaching high school volleyball, spending time at her family cabin, or traveling the world with other teachers through various educational programs. She is excited to work with the Strive Consulting team to continue learning with and from other educators.
